Iron Tide Command
★★★★☆ 4.2
Iron Tide Command asks you to hold a stretch of coast against smarter and smarter attacks. You balance building, scouting and troop placement, and the fun comes from that quiet moment before a wave hits when you're second-guessing every wall you put down.
Matches are longer than a casual game but shorter than a full PC strategy session, which suits the format. The interface is clean, and pinch-to-zoom actually works without fighting you.
It leans hard on planning, so if you like reacting fast this might frustrate you. For slow, deliberate players it's a treat.
What we liked
- Tense pre-battle planning
- Clean map controls
- Rewards patience over reflexes
